树脂锚杆锚固特性数值模拟研究

Study on Anchoring characteristics of Resin Bolt by Numerical Simulation

摘要:

树脂锚杆锚固段锚固特性和传力机理是锚杆支护设计的关键。本文采用有限差分程序FLAC3D对树脂锚杆锚固段杆体、树脂药卷及围岩之间的作用关系及应力、位移分布规律进行模拟研究,分析了锚固段锚固特性在不同载荷作用下从弹性状态到弹塑性状态的发展变化过程。研究表明,锚固段杆体轴力、树脂药卷剪切力、围岩剪切力沿杆体轴向呈负指数曲线分布。最后将研究结果用于井下实践,监测锚杆受力状况,验证结论的正确性。

Abstract:

The anchoring characteristics of anchoring section of resin bolt in the coal mines are the key of bolt support design. The interaction relationship of bolt, resin and surrounding rock and the stress and the displacement distribution law are simulated and studied by the finite difference program FLAC3D, and also the variation of anchorage characteristics of anchoring section from elastic state to plastic state under the different loads. The result indicates that the axial force of anchoring section is negative exponential distribution along bolt axial direction, and also the shear stress of resin and rounding rock are negative exponential distribution along bolt axial direction. Finally the research results are applied to practice under mine well with monitoring force condition of bolts , and the results verify the correctness of the study conclusions.
